This really is a fabulous and fun collection for the little learner who are exploring their letters and also for those embarking on their first readers. Each book has its focus letters and the author Susannah McFarlane has done a brilliant job creating the stories with as many of the focus letters as possible.

Illustrator, Lachlan Creagh has also added extra letter appropriate treasures within the pictures for readers to discover along the way. The illustrations are adorable.

The Little Mates collection is wonderfully Australian which makes it even more attainable for our little Aussie kids.

Don’t forget to check out the bonus ‘M’ My Marvellous Mum. A perfect gift for mothers day, mums birthday or just because.

Highly recommended. One of my favourites for early learners.
